Who Can Use TeaSpill

TeaSpill is a space for women aged 18 and over. By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are a woman and are at least 18 years old. Users who misrepresent their identity will be permanently removed.

Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Do not share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@teaspill.co immediately.

Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you post on TeaSpill. By posting, you grant TeaSpill a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and moderate your content within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your words.

Content We Prohibit

Any content that violates our Community Guidelines is prohibited. This includes hate speech, harassment, self-harm promotion, content involving minors, attempts to unmask anonymous users, spam, and impersonation.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will always tell you why your account was actioned unless doing so would compromise a safety investigation.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Premium features during that period.

Limitation of Liability

TeaSpill provides this service as-is. We are not liable for the content posted by other users, or for any decisions you make based on content posted in the app. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TeaSpill is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before litigation.

Changes to These Terms

We will notify all users of material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of TeaSpill after that date constitutes acceptance.
